Dave & Kim missed the previous meeting because of blown wheel bearing on the tow truck.

With the poor results they were down graded into the `yellow tops`.

Race 1. Only Dave was in this race. The track was greasy because of the heavy, intermittent showers. He was placed 7th on the grid. It was not a good race for Dave, he had handling problems from the start, losing several places throughout to finish at the back of the pack.

Race 2. Both Dave & Kim started in this race. Kim was 6th & Dave 9th. on the grid. Dave changed his tyres prior to the race. It certainly made an improvement as he made up 5 places in the opening laps including passing Kim.

It certainly made an improvement as he made up 5 places in the opening laps including passing Kim. Kim was having a torrid time, with Car 140 trying to squeeze him off the racing line. 3 laps from the end. Dave spun on the exit from bend 4. In the ensuing melee, Car 24 rolled onto its side, after begin hit by car 306. Kim, taking avoiding action, hit car 306, causing extensive damage to both cars. Both Dave & Kim retired from the race.

Dave sustained some damage to the bodywork, but was able to make running repairs & continue. Kim also sustained bodywork damage, but also damaged his radiator & fan, which ended his racing for the day.

Final. As a result of his poor finish in the 1st. race & his DNF in the 2nd. Dave started at the back of the grid in 17th. Place. The improvement in the handling seen in the 2nd race was again apparent as Dave made up several places in the opening laps. He continued to pass other cars throughout the race to finish a very creditable 8th.
